Our client is a leading company in the Dutch market, focused on the preparation and distribution of flowers and floral arrangements for various international markets. Based in Aalsmeer — the largest flower trading center in the world — their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction requires agile, detail-oriented, and dedicated teams. As an order picker, you will be responsible for ensuring that floral arrangements meet the company’s quality standards and customer specifications.
Main Tasks:
• Picking and selecting various types of flowers used in bouquets;
• Preparing orders according to customer requests;
• Performing quality checks before shipping;
• Collaborating closely with the production and logistics teams.
• Team player with strong communication skills;
• Professional maturity, responsibility, and proactive attitude;
• Interest in flowers and plants (preferred);
• Previous experience with flowers or in a warehouse environment (preferred);
• Good command of English and/or Dutch (mandatory).
• Full-time contract with flexible weekly hours;
