We are looking for a Chef de Partie to delight our guests with outstanding culinary skills, following the recipes and specifications of the Head Chef. Your role will be essential in ensuring our customers' satisfaction. Our current goal is to grow further in the hospitality sector and ensure long-term success.
The restaurant was founded by Pim and Roel Hoogervorst, two brothers from Noordwijkerhout. After many years of working in the hospitality industry, they seized the opportunity to open their own café in 2015. Without hesitation, they launched their own business in a prime location—right in the dunes, with the sea as their front yard.
Their concept was simple from the beginning: no endless menus—just doing what they do best, with great pleasure and quality.
Full involvement in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of final dishes
Mise en place and maintaining high kitchen standards
Assist in planning and preparing menus
Develop new menu options based on seasonal changes and customer demand
Ensure kitchen operations run efficiently and on time
Monitor and record inventory; order supplies when necessary
Apply and follow all health and hygiene regulations
English level B2+
Proven relevant experience in a similar role
Culinary school diploma (preferred)
Driver’s license (preferred)
Good knowledge of MS Office and restaurant software
38–48 hours per week
Salary & Benefits
€17.50/hour (gross)
Accommodation and transport provided
110% bonus for hours worked between 00:00 and 06:00
