Our client is a leading company in the Dutch market, dedicated to the preparation and distribution of flowers and floral arrangements for various international markets. Headquartered in Aalsmeer—the largest flower trading center in the world—their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction requires dedicated, agile teams with attention to detail. As a order preparer, you will be responsible for ensuring that the flower arrangements meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Main Activities:
• Picking various types of flowers used in creating bouquets;
• Preparation of orders according to customer requests;
• Verification of flower quality before shipping;
• Close collaboration with the production and shipping team
We are looking for candidates with the following profile:
• Team spirit and good communication skills;
• Professional maturity, responsibility, and proactive attitude;
• Interest in flowers and plants (valued);
• Previous experience with flowers or in a warehouse environment (preferred);
• Good knowledge of English and/or Dutch (mandatory requirement).
European nationality or work visa issued by the Dutch government
