Our client is a leading company in the Dutch market, dedicated to the preparation, distribution, and logistics of products for the retail sector. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are delivered to the stores according to quality standards and established specifications.
Main Responsibilities:
• Picking various items destined for the stores
• Loading and unloading goods
• Packing and checking orders
• Working closely with the logistics and shipping team
• Team spirit and good communication skills
• Professional maturity, responsibility, and a proactive attitude
• Physical ability to perform warehouse work
• Previous experience in logistics or similar roles (preferred)
• Good command of English (minimum level B1+)
• European nationality or a valid work permit issued by the Dutch government
• Rotating shifts: 06:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00
• Competitive salary – €14.54 gross/hour + overtime pay:
– 125% after 10 hours/day
– 150% for Sundays and night shifts (00:00–07:00 & 22:00–00:00)
– 200% on public holidays (Feestdagen)
• Accommodation arranged by the company
• Holiday allowance (8.33%) and reserved holiday hours (10.92%)
